What a Typical Lesson Looks Like

A simple, clear flow so students know exactly what to expect in every session.

  • We begin with 3–7 minutes focusing on posture, relaxed positioning, and precise right/left hand control to build a strong technical base.

  • 15–35 minutes dedicated to targeted work on a single piece or challenging passage, with slow practice, clear fingering, and musical intent.

  • A short but powerful segment to develop phrasing, dynamic contrast, and tonal variety, bringing the music to life.

  • You’ll leave with concise, actionable steps tailored to your week, including smart repetitions, checkpoints, and small wins to keep you motivated.
